A friend of mine works as waiter in a restaurant. In this restaurant there are two Moroccan employees.
One of them kept calling the other "Asè". For a long time everyone thought that that word was a shorter version of his name, because this guy used to say things like: "Asè, go there", "Asè come here", "Asè do this", "Asè do that" and so on.
So everyone started to call him Asè.
A day a friend of mine asked to the one that started the nickname:
"Hey, what is the meaning of 'Asè' ?"
And he said: "It means Nigger!"
